Items purchased online can be exchanged for items to the same value or above provided the item is returned in the same condition in which they were sold and within 14 days of purchase. In addition, items may be exchanged for a gift voucher to be used within six months for the value of the items. We are unable to refund monies for change of mind reasons.

To exchange an item

Please send an email to hello@evyie.com with the date of purchase and reason for the exchange including a request for a new item or gift voucher. We will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours and if authorised, provide you with a reference number for the exchange.

You must obtain a reference number for the exchange and this reference number must be clearly marked on the parcel being returned. Please post your return item using a registered and trackable delivery service, as evyie cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. The sender must assume all shipping charges for the return of the item to evyie.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
